I recently received the worst service ever at this Swan Cleaners location. As a military service man for the past 14 years this is by far the worst customer service that I have received. First of all I was not greeted nor acknowleged upon entering this location. I had to wait several minutes before anyone said anything to me. I requested that my uniforms be heavily starched. Good God. I called this place and the lady that answered the phone sounded like she just smoked a carton of cigarettes and downed a 5th of scotch. \$6.49 for a laundered shirt is ludicrous.
Swan helped me with rush order for an emergency trip. Great service and friendly people!
