I went in to get a button put on a jacket. The African American lady who serviced me was very off putting. She clearly didn’t want my service. She couldn’t guarantee that the button would match the buttons on my jacket, which would take at least a (very rough estimate)week to do. She also reminded me 3 to 4 times that the $9.99 price would have to be prepaid. She definitely wasn’t interested in my potential new business at all. I frequent this location often! The ladies that keep the Canal Winchester Swan Cleaners running are terrific! They work hard. They remember your name. They CARE about the quality of service they provide every-single-day. I have had nothing but extraordinary customer experiences each time I have been there. I rarely write reviews (good or bad), but wanted to take the time to celebrate the 2 employees at this store for their daily efforts to make a difference. Bravo!

I came here as a first time customer at about 1:50 and there was a sign that said they were at lunch and would be back at 2:15. While this is highly inconvenient, I understand as everyone needs lunch. So I ran another errand and arrived back at Swan at 2:16 and the sign was still up, however, they changed the 1 to a 4 - they extended their lunch by 30 minutes. Completely unprofessional.
