HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! This location does not know ANY customer service. They ruined BOTH of my shirts and refuses to provide any service and still charged me for the service!!!! The expensive blouse was completely ruined and the manager did NOT apologize ONCE. When I spoke to the manager she simply HUNG UP on me saying she is busy and cannot provide me with any customer service. Absoutely unacceptable, unprofessional and lacks basics of service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
