Swan Cleaners is the best! MAZEL TOV!
Showed up twice during post business hours and they were closed both times. Also had to come back and get an item that was missing from my order. Not a good experience. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
I sent my sons varsity jacket to the store on Hilliard Rome Rd on 2/11/2023 and was told it would be ready for pick up in a week. I started calling 2/17/2023 to find out if the jacket was ready and have called everyday since. I was told yesterday by a woman who is rude that I call everyday and everyday she tells me it's not back yet. A year ago my husband mom passed and we took a 3 piece suite to this location to have it cleaned and the day we go out of town which was the day before the funeral we were told they lost the ves... read more
Been coming to this location for year, but the service since Covid is horrible. Stores never open, and if the employees do show up, they're late or the close the store early. 10 after 10 and no one is closed.
