I made an appointment for the $59 new customer offering (based on the advertising banner outside the dentist office) which included X-rays and cleaning. I provided my dental insurance card at that time. Over 50 minutes later after X-rays, I was presented a proposed bill of $99 for cleaning with no proposed billing to my dental insurance. I was told for the first time that the $59 new customer offering was only for patients with no insurance. The Team is great and it was a very comfortable environment
It was my first time at Swampscott Modern Dentistry and I’m so impressed with the staff I met there! From scheduling my appt online to the end of my first visit I have only good things to say. They were thorough in all areas addressing what to expect on the first visit and any other information I might have needed. My teeth need a LOT of work and it was all addressed promptly in the visit.
