Got the wrong axles from the sister dealer for 448. Came to this dealer another 50 mins away, called ahead letting them know I was x time out and verified fitment. When I got there I had walked into to a younger guy playing on his phone, I asked him how it was going and let him know I had called about the axles a little bit ago. Horrible customer service. We purchased a used dirt bike off of someone who lives in that area, who had bought a battery from this business. They sold the battery not charged, claiming the manufacturer sends it to them at 30%, so on top of the $139.95 (overpriced) battery, the buyer also had to purchase a charger to charge the new battery. We picked up the dirt bike the next day, and right off the charger it cranked. Got the bike home only to try to start it and it wouldn't turn over. I have bought 2 machines from this location and each time my expectations were blown away. Best service dept, sales dept, and parts dept. Always helpful. Friendly staff and all around great dealership to work with! Will continue my business here always.
