Did a trade with Phil Rohr and he ripped me off-- he made excuses for months and months, and never completed the work. He did try to give me some junk that someone else must've rejected, which I did not accept. He eventually said "sue me", which I did and got a judgment for $2,500, which he still refuses to pay.
