This is the best storage facility I have ever used in any state I have lived in. It is spotless and the temperature in the temperature controlled units is excellent. I like too that the location has good access from both Arline Hwy and 1-10. I checked the LSU AG Flood Zone search, and this site sits in desirable Flood Zone X, which is excellent and comforting to me and likely to anyone needing to store their furniture and possessions for any length of time.
I have been using Swamp Rd Storage for several years. The staff is friendly and polite. The facility is always clean. The temperature for the units is just right.
