The hygenist and staff here are amazing. However I’m extremely at a loss and disappointed. I’ve been a patient with the staff for over 15 years (moved from another dentist). I have 3 children and drive 45 min just to remain loyal to this business. I recently had to call out on my last appointment bc of a flat tire. Because I have had to reschedule before I am being charged $50. I have 3 small children who get sick. Things come up. I go to the dentist every 6 months. This is the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I am so grateful to have found them! The facilities are beautiful, clean, and updated. Staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I love Augusta, my hygienist. She always treats me as family and makes me feel comfortable. She remembers things we have talked about before, which makes me feel like I’m not just another patient. Dr. Parks Alexander is the best in the business. He does it all and is a one stop shop. He will work with you on treatment plans and has a top notch staff. I won't go to anyone else.
