This was unexpectedly one of my favorite guided tours ever! The beautiful homes and interesting history highlighted in Georgetowne was the perfect way to enjoy and learn about one of the oldest town in SC!
We saw the trolley driving around in downtown the previous day, I wrote down the name so we could find out more and do a tour the next day. We did the 1 PM tour on Friday 24th of October with Kevin who's mom's tour company this used to be. It was a very pleasant ride for over an hour downtown with a very knowledgeable Kevin, I highly recommend doing this tour. You see the history of the houses and churches. This tour is very interesting and beautiful. We had the best tour guide ever, Brian. He knew everything about the history and current life of Georgetown and how it affected shaping the United States. The tour has something for everyone. History and architecture are appreciated and well explained on this tour. Brian has a great voice and shares his vast knowledge about things at every stop and answers questions. Georgetown is beautiful with a lot of shopping and dining available on the waterfront.
