I contacted them on a Monday and got told they would come out and get the unit fixed Thursday the same week... We got an email saying that the part they needed wasn't in stock and had to get it from out of state and would be here Tuesday the next week. Reached out again and was told that it would be fixed Thursday (one week after the original appt) Called Thursday mid day to be told the part was delayed and should arrive Friday but they would come out and install the motor and try and salvage the part that was delayed. We've had two appointments with them and both went perfectly. One to replace a belt and one to replace a pump. Each appointment was finished in ~15 minutes and our cooler is working like new. Fast and friendly!
Swamp brothers replaced my old rusted out Swamp cooler with a high efficiency unit on the 24th. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Customer service is top priority with these guys. There was a small adjustment that needed to be addressed and I called and talked to Bernadette and they were on it very quickly. The unit is working beautifully.
