What can I say 500 hp engine strapped on a boat feels similar to flying through the bayou. Captian Steve was great. Had so much info about the area, environment, and wildlife. Could tell it wasn't just a job but a connection with the bayou. I didn't take many pics bc I just wanted to take in all the wildlife and scenery. If you don't care about any of that. A ride on a fan boat alone is worth the ticket price.
Went on a swamp tour with Dalton and it was spot on. He knew the terrain, pointed out the wildlife, and made the whole ride smooth and fun. If you’re looking for a real experience in the bayou, this is the one. Don’t forget to bring cash to tip your captains for “gas.” They deserve it.
