2019 Ram 1500, Check engine light comes on. There is a spark plug misfiring. Called to have my spark plugs changed and there is an ignition coil misfiring, not sure which one. (Took 9 days for appointment). I drop my truck off, and wait for a phone call. Get the call and am told exactly what I told the lady when I dropped it off. They can't tell which ignition coil is misfiring, I agree just replace all the ones that are under the manifold, change the gaskets, do whatever you need to do. I bought a truck from this mechanic and unfortunately ended up with a vehicle that had multiple hidden issues—problems that any experienced mechanic would clearly recognize, but that I, as someone without a mechanical background, couldn’t have possibly spotted. It feels like I was taken advantage of, and the whole experience left me feeling ripped off. I truly hope this isn’t how he treats all his customers, because if so, it’s a serious concern. Be cautious and get a second opinion before doing business here.
