Second time I had a swallow test done. First time by Swallowing Diag. I have to give the staff that came to my house, a 10+. After 3 ENT visits and 1 other swallow test, I was able to see and understand my problem.. Thankfully, it's not life threating. I will have to live with it. Thank you for an outstanding job. Jamie the technician that did the test was fantastic. We have had the test before and they didn’t figure out what was wrong but Jamie figured it out. She was very personable and knowledgeable. We now have peace of mind knowing what is wrong and what can be done. Thanks Jamie! Also, Cheryl was great. She got us booked quickly and helped confirm insurance was paying for everything other than our copay. Thanks Cheryl!
Shery is a very rude person, I work in a doctor office and she called us trying to reach out to patient, calling her back to give her the news about the patient she picked up the phone and pretended like she was the answering service then hung up, then when i called back she sent me to the answering service. If you dont like your job you need to find another. Its not good for busy. If i can give a 0 i would have.
Cheryl, Deb and the whole Swallowing Diagnostics team are great! Always super helpful, kind, informative, detailed and treat my clients as their own. They have made the whole process of getting an instrumental done super easy and I am beyond thankful for all they do! I highly recommend Swallowing Diagnostics- 5+ stars all around!!
