sorry had to cancel appointment,due to very indesisive staff,had a very common injector problem with a vw caddy with a reply saying it could take 10 minuets or 4 days sorry not good enough for a working van. wont be contacting again way too negative for a first contact,bye bye
Wouldn't even give this garage 1 star, booked car in for diagnostic they called me up say alternator and belt needs replacing as throwing up many faults because of voltage related quoted me £470 that's including diagnostic WOW. Decided to take car to another garage, funny enough cost me £210 labour and parts. I asked Swallow Garage if when the alternator was replaced can they do a diagnostic as the original one it was voltage related and no true codes would show up, they replied I would charge you AGAIN. You get what you pay for! Certainly not cheapest how ever the quality of work and level customer service far exceeds the 'average' garage. I will not visit another workshop again as I have found my trusted repairer for life
