Was a great experience at the beginning. We part ex my old car for my wife’s new car and about 3 weeks later the parking tickets started to arrive for my old car they never took it out of my name and I now have over £1000 in parking tickets and non payment of road tax fines that I have to sort out!! It’s been on going back and forth for 8 months now and still not resolved My advice is not to let car swale guys take care of all the paperwork and notify the dvla yourself that they now have your car.

Bought a car end of August with new mot. Had to take back a week later due to faulty brakes and low fuel pressure. Now 8 weeks down the line yet again the car has gone back due to faulty fuel pump. Asked for a full refund on car due to the amount of issues that have occurred. I was told no you only 14 days to return, what do you expect its a second hand car. If you call the customer service WOW. Avoid them at all cost only care about the money not there customers disgusting
