We purchased a Volvo V40 and dealt with Ethan - we found him to be really nice non pushy and we got a fair price for our car that had high mileage- he was honest in saying we could get more if we sold it privately. We bought a car from these guys in April. Had a minor problem with lights and then a problem in July with fuel injection, both within warranty (6 month) both times the garage said to bring it down no problem we’ll sort it. Replacement car given in the interim. None of the faults have recurred so seems to have been properly fixed rather than bodged. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable second hand car dealer in this day and age but these guys seem to be just that. Highly recommend
