I tried to bring 2 puppies to this clinic to be seen because I thought they had parvo. They told me it would be 1200 upfront to try and save them. Years ago I brought 3 puppies to this clinic because I wanted to try and save them from parvo and they charged me 200 upfront and the remaining bill at pickup. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love Dr. Ace he was the only vet within an hour of me I could find that does work with goats and livestock.
Company starting to get weird, customer service is great but they added a "pet check up fee" for $25 how are you going force to charge that much for something y'all decided to do. If you were doing it for the sake of the animals it would be free or no more then $10 at least?? Paying for something y'all decided to enforce seems like your doing it more for the money then the sake of the animals. It would be reasonable if the person actually asked for it. They're always kind. I love the people here and how they treat my pets. Update November 2025 They're still awesome and kind. They treat us well, and with care.
Beyond grateful for this team! I brought my cat in for an emergency and they were so calming for me and quick with her to get her taken care of! Prices were AMAZING compared to where I lived in the past. Will be using them as our primary vet!
