Unfortunately it was not a good experience at all, my car was in their lot prior to Christmas, no work or any analysis of the vehicle till after the new year, was given a date of the 4th of February which was doable at the time, day before I am meant to be picking it up I call to confirm, they tell me more damage was found when doing the work (not in the original assessment of the car) so they push it back a week & a bit inconveniencing me a lot, the next week comes I call them 3 days prior to confirm as I had heard nothing,... read more
