Swainco installed our gutter guards years ago. They did a great job with the install. We live in the urban pine forest with hundreds of squirrrels, and I’ve called them twice to deal with a first a needle-clog and then squirrels getting inside through the end caps or downspouts to build 4 nests. Scheduled an estimate appointment a week ago for this morning at 8... no show no call. I called at 8:30, had to leave a voicemail. Called again at 9:30, had to leave a message. The tech calls me back saying yes, we had an appointment but then he wasn't sure if he needed to come out so didn't show up. I asked if he was going to come, he said not today I have zero calls, emails, text messages from them otherwise trying to confirm. Edit - they called back and are here now
I cannot recommend them enough! We got the gutter guards from them 5 years ago. They were friendly, fast, and well priced then. Flash forward to now and we had a clog, they promptly came out and not only found the clog but checked every gutter. Everyone I dealt with has been amazing!!!!
They repaired our gutters that had started sagging and installed gutter guards all the way around the house. They are super clean and blend in nicely with the roof. I would highly recommend them.
