My wife and I have reached out to Shari twice now to help us setup our vacations. Both times Shari was quick to respond, and extremely helpful in finding the right resort to meet our needs. When we were abroad she checked in to make sure everything was going according to plan. When a hurricane was moving toward our location before departure, she checked weather updates, and let us know what to expect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
