Josh has been out to my house twice this year. Once over the summer with some ac issues and this week. Naturally we had no heat as soon as the temperature dropped after Christmas. He worked hard on my furnace to get us up and running. We had a lot of great conversations while he worked on my system. If your looking for someone at a reasonable price and honest work, Josh is your guy. Highly recommend Swain service!
