Great service, pricing, and responsiveness to questions! We had Mike install a water softener unit for us and he did excellent work. We have an older home, so he was very helpful in walking us through the steps to prepare the space and set up the location for install. His pice was very fair and he did great work! Definitely recommend Swain plumbing for your needs in New Braunfels. We will use them again!
I called Swain Plumbling up and he responded promptly and quickly. He gave me a reasonable quote on the phone and was at my house in 10 minutes. My garbage disposal was leaking during a dishwasher cycle. He sent me a video of the issue and told me what the problem was. He replaced my disposal and left it clean! This was all in the span of 45 minutes! He’s amazing and I’ll use them again for any other future issues.
Mike was excellent and exceptional very professional. My water heater totally burned up literally smoke everywhere! He was able to come that day with an entire new installation! He was here so quickly and has a very stocked truck he looked at the mess I was in and it was like " no problem " He tells you the price up front which is very reasonable. I will use him again for my plumbing needs as well as REFER him to others! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL! THANK YOU Mike!
