He obtained everything that was needed and accurately and professionally installed a new compressor. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable about his craft. We couldn’t be happier. Swails Heating and Cooling is awesome! We have been using them for about a year now. Derrick is very nice, friendly, and a respectable guy. We needed a new unit (during the hottest time of the year). I called Derrick, and his response time was not long at all. After he came out to check our unit the same day I called him to see what was needed, so he would know what all was needed to be ordered to give us the best quote (which the quote was a great price), he said he would call us back with the quote. Derrick was great to work with. He kept me updated throughout the process. Once completed he took the time to call me and have a good conversation about my home and some recommendations that he had. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything, he was just offering me the benefit of his knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend him and his company.
Derrick was very informative on the system and was a pleasure to work with, I would definitely refer him to anybody that needs service this is my second time calling him out for help.
