Living out of country while trying to sell a house is hard enough but scheduling HVAC maintenance with Swails company was easy. Professionalism is top tier and we were quoted at a very affordable rate. If you need help with your system, I can’t recommend this company enough. Contacted Derick Swails after 3 hot days with no AC. He came the same day, ascertained the problem, and went to work. He obtained everything that was needed and accurately and professionally installed a new compressor. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable about his craft. We couldn’t be happier. We will recommend Swails Heating and Air Conditioning without reservation.

Swails Heating and Cooling is awesome! We have been using them for about a year now. Derrick is very nice, friendly, and a respectable guy. We needed a new unit (during the hottest time of the year). I called Derrick, and his response time was not long at all. After he came out to check our unit the same day I called him to see what was needed, so he would know what all was needed to be ordered to give us the best quote (which the quote was a great price), he said he would call us back with the quote.
