If I could have left stars in the minus numbers I would have. I have called Swags Galore numerous times as well as sent numerous emails trying to get the status of my order. No one calls back or answers emails. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. They charged my credit card soon enough though. Haven't heard anything since. It's been 3 weeks. Im not happy. I will never order so much as a paper clip from these people nor will I recommend them.
Read everyone’s reviews !!! This place is out of business ! They took my money and never sent my order ! Years ago they were good - now they should take the website down ! Paid months ago and never received my order and they do NOT respond to calls or emails ! Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere
0 STARS this place sucks. Never received my order, nobody answers the phone and when you leave a message they don't call you back. How can this place be in business. I guess I had to give one star so I could post this review, however it does not deserve any stars.
Very upset. Bought 2 sets of curtains 1 set took a month to receive. The other set took almost 2 months. The set i did not keep are still here because swags galore do not answer their phone, do not return emails and does not respond to text. I am out almost $100 and the curtains that I did keep are half an inch shorter on one side than they are on the other. I placed my order 4 16 2025. Try to contact them over and over again and no one answered me. I filed a report with the BBB with 1 more final email demanding a refunded. They returned my money the end of June so I guess I’m one of the lucky ones. I would rather have gotten the product. I found out their building is being sold and looks like they shut down the company. They should rightfully shut down the website instead of taking everybody’s money. What a shame!
