That philosophy was the intention of founders Jim and Jan Morris who saw an opportunity to create a better way to transport your bike back in the early 90’s. Swagman was one of the first companies worldwide to design and market a hitch style bike rack. Over the years, that small bike rack company based in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia grew to include numerous other ground breaking designs in the North American Bicycle, RV and Automobile markets.

Honestly one of the best ordering experiences I’ve had since the dawn of ordering things online. Rivals Amazon Prime. Ordered a 4 Bike Titan Rack over the long weekend, not expecting to see it for a week or so. Order shipped 2nd July, Arrived 3rd July. No issues whatsoever. 100% Recommend.
I bought a bike rack and accessories from Swagman and had a minor issue with a part fitting properly. I went to the warehouse and the issue was solved immediately. Awesome customer service. Highly recommended.
