I have a Swagman Escapee bike rack and had an issue with the hook housing locking mechanism. Jacqueline from the Customer Support Team ran me through a number of troubleshooting ideas but we had no luck so she shipped out new parts that arrived in 5 days. The service provided was absolutely amazing and I can't thank Jacqueline enough for her support. I would highly recommend a Swagman product as their Support Team sure looks after their customers. Thank you.
We have an older Swagman RV rack that we needed arm replacements for, WOW! We recieved the ordered parts super fast! What a great company‼️
I’ve just assembled my Swagman Current. I’m very happy with my purchase for the following reasons; * easily assembled * very robust, can handle 2 E-bikes * tilts easily (not all racks do) * comes complete with a locking hitch pin, two exceptionally strong locks to secure bikes to the rack (not easily compromised cable locks) and for a bit extra security, a locking cable lock that wraps through the bike wheels. I recommend this product.
I have owned a couple Swagman products and have put them to the test through the years. This spring after securing a Bike rack to the roof of my car I had noticed a damaged portion of the plastic insert where the carriage bolt sits. Contacted Swagman to see if this is a part they sell, and Jacqueline in customer support had gone the extra mile to locate this non-stocked hardware piece and ship it out quickly.
