i placed an order with Swagify for DTG shirts. They sent DTF shirts. Within minutes of arrival i had sent an email and called support. Support initially tried to talk me into keeping the wrong shirts. They then offered me a refund if i'd keep the wrong shirts. They finally agreed to send me the proper shirts and would send me a label that day to return the incorrect ones.
