This company is truly amazing! We had a lot of back and forth starting with choosing the right T-shirt, and then we ran into some issues with our artwork. Eric from customer service was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Even towards the end, we faced challenges with the production timeline. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Swagify. I ordered a custom tattoo as a time-sensitive gift and was explicitly told over the phone that I could include a gift note. That turned out to be untrue. I emailed multiple times to confirm—no response. I spent hours chatting on their site trying to get help, and only found out the truth after it was too late to cancel and order from another company. Ordered shirts for a company project weeks in advance, paid for and design approved. Shirts never arrived in time for the project, Swagify apparently requested an additional "proof" on top of the proof that was already submitted and paid for. Then - they never delivered, and wanted to charge an extra $200 just to have them show up after the requested date. Terrible quality, poor customer service, and inventory management issues. We ordered 100 tshirts for a fundraising event from one of their promotional deals. After placing the rush order they let me know they were out of stock on the colors and sizes of about 25% of my order. I worked with a rep to select different colors. Swagify was amazing! I printed my wedding koozies through them, and they arrived promptly. The artwork was amazing! In fact, they turned out so much better than I expected, that we ended up placing another order for more koozies! Zack was very helpful, and their customer service team was very prompt, polite and mindful of my deadline. I placed the second order within two weeks of the wedding, and they handled it like champs. Highly recommend!
