I’ve shopped at this boutique multiple times over the past several years because they have cute clothes, but the customer service has always been a letdown. Not once have I been greeted or acknowledged while browsing, and it’s hard not to notice the difference in how I’m treated depending on what I’m wearing. Super adorable boutique with cute clothes and good merchandise. Unfortunately, the staff is not very welcoming and rude. As soon as we walked in today, no one said hello nor welcome in. Multiple employees walked by us as we were shopping and no one said anything to us or offered us any help. My sister and I were looking at the enewton bracelets and trying them on to see how they looked with the stack we had on and had previously purchased other places. Mandy does a great job finding pieces that you want to have in your closet and are excited to wear each season. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. My husband gets me a Swagger gift card for my birthday every year- he says it is not a celebration without Swagger. He isn’t wrong.
Very disappointed with the experience. The lady, who I believe is the owner, yelled at my kids not to touch anything while we were shopping. We didn’t feel welcome at all definitely not going back.
