Absolutely amazing!! I came in with a gift card from graduation with my mom for a fun girls day. Emmy was a wonderful help and was very accommodating! A wonderful member of their team.
I’ve shopped at this boutique multiple times over the past several years because they have cute clothes, but the customer service has always been a letdown. Not once have I been greeted or acknowledged while browsing, and it’s hard not to notice the difference in how I’m treated depending on what I’m wearing. Super adorable boutique with cute clothes and good merchandise. Unfortunately, the staff is not very welcoming and rude. As soon as we walked in today, no one said hello nor welcome in. Multiple employees walked by us as we were shopping and no one said anything to us or offered us any help. Mandy does a great job finding pieces that you want to have in your closet and are excited to wear each season. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. My husband gets me a Swagger gift card for my birthday every year- he says it is not a celebration without Swagger. He isn’t wrong.
