“Unacceptable hygiene standards—rooms were filthy, with multiple cockroaches present, including a dead one in the shower. Cobwebs were widespread, walls were visibly dirty, and rotten milk was left in the fridge. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable for any accommodation.
