Incredible vendor! Swag Decor's pipe-n-drape service was not only stunning but of the highest quality. By the time they were finished, the dark event space looked like a fairytale. I cannot thank them enough for their impeccable service and kind staff. Swag Decor is a must-use vendor! 11/10!
Although I did not end up booking with Swag Decor due to distance from my venue, I can say that the customer service response (I spoke with Shane) was very honest, transparent, and from moment of contact, I could tell they cared about being upfront and responsive. If possible, I recommend this business to anyone lucky enough to be close to them.
Very rude customer service - I interacted with Tommy. I requested him to please send me an estimate via email before being able to make a decision about hiring them for my wedding and he refused. He said: “why do I need to send you an email if it sounds like you don’t even want to hire us”, when I was simply asking for a quote via email instead of having to make a final decision on the phone. It sounds like they’re not interested in new clients, so I’ll be finding a new vendor.
Swag Decor provided drapery services at my wedding at the Ritz Carlton last April & made everything look absolutely beautiful. Tommy was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding and ensured that everything was delivered on time, correctly, and efficiently. Tommy is an expert in the business and worked well with all of the vendors. Thank you Tommy & team for making our vision come to life for our beautiful and elegant wedding reception!
