Mark, Catrina and the team at Camper Trailer Sales SA are well-informed, obliging, thorough and a pleasure to do business with. Nothing was too much trouble as they went through the process of purchasing and handing over the van, which included vehicle set-up, igniting the hot water unit and setting up the annex.
Very unresponsive to phone calls and emails following our purchase. We had some minor issues with our camper but to get any help or response post purchase was impossible. They really don’t know anything about customer service. They say they will get onto it but you never here from them again. Zilch communication. Disappointing and frustrating.
