Called them at 2:30pm they were in less than an hour and a half. Incredibly friendly, very professional. Got us all fixed up
Very professional, courteous and fast service! Swafford went above and beyond to make sure we got our air conditioning fixed when no other company had time for us!! We ended up replacing our entire unit and they handled it perfectly. 10/10 Highly Recommend!!
We called so many places that didn’t have time and Swafford was sure to fit us in. They did their best to fix the issue and ended up installing a new unit! They were fast, reasonable and very professional! Highly recommend!!
Awesome family owned HVAC team! Becca was super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and the quality of her work is excellent. Her father, the owner of the business, was also really easy to work with and has been in the business for 35 years. They also teach HVAC at the Neosho County Community College. They’re refreshingly honest about everything and didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. The price we paid was actually below the price range they quoted. I would absolutely trust them to handle all my HVAC needs.
