My ex and I have different racial backgrounds. During our mediation, I felt that Marty Swaden played some favoritism toward my ex wife who is a whit Minnesotan. If you both have the same racial background, Marty may be a good choice for you. But, if you are racially different, I cannot recommend Marty.
