The sauces they deliver to your table when you are first seated are reused. We watched the waitress pick up the serving dishes from our table, carry them over to the buffet area where she refilled each bowl and then delivered them to another table!! No fresh spoons either.. We had already finished our meal, which was very tasty, but honestly I will never go back..if they reuse the sauces, are they taking your leftover rice and dumping it back into the pot to serve to the next order?
