Broken down. Said they come in 20 minutes. 2 hrs later, they never came out. Said they would call me back in 5 minutes. 4 hrs later. Won't pick up my phone calls. I'm in a daycab 200miles away from home and it's just an airline that needs fixed. Don't do business with them, they will abandon you. I hope I can get home tonight, they could have just said they were to busy to take the service and we would have found someone else.

I'm the regional fleet manager for a trucking company. I called because I had a driver a few miles away that needed a simple airline repair. They said no problem we'll have somebody ther in 20-30 minutes. 2 hours later i call back because the driver was still stranded and they wouldn't answer the phone. Called from my office phone and hung up when they answered right away. Called back from my cell that i originally called from and no answer. Found another company to do the repair.
