We dropped off our taxes in March. Received them unfinished and unfiled in August after months of asking for the paperwork back so we could find another CPA. Their office was closed half the time, even when arrangements were made for us to come by, calls were rarely returned and a multitude of lame excuses were made as to why our taxes were not done in a timely manner.
