I rang SW2 plumbing to quote work in my property. They were punctual with arranging an engineer to look at the work, less than a week to arrive. However, to my surprise I was issued with two emails the following morning, one with a quote for the necessary work and a second with an invoice. They tried to charge £83.40 as the engineer took a sink plug out to identify the source of a blockage.
