From start to finish it has been such an exciting Journey. The team from Red Ink were nothing short of amazing! Providing me with step by step updates and assurances that the build was on time and going to plan. Minor changes? They had taken care of providing an even better alternative. Redink have been great, after having a horrible time with BGC, they have surpassed my expectations for a timely build, Ben G. Who was my sales representative did an outstanding job making sure I was kept up to date and received the best deal possible.
I’ve built twice now both with Steve at SW1 and each time it’s been awesome so wanted to throw a shoutout. First time was back in 2020 when everyone was saying it would take forever but he was always upfront with timeframes and communicated all the time, just want you want as a 1st home buyer as it really made me comfortable with the process. Steve Merrick from SW1 was incredible in helping us find a block of land when it seemed like nothing was available. His persistence, knowledge, and personal attention made it possible to then build our house which we now happily live in. We couldn’t have done it without him! We would recommended him to anyone looking to build in the Southwest and will be in contact with Steve again for our next build.
