I’ve built twice now both with Steve at SW1 and each time it’s been awesome so wanted to throw a shoutout. First time was back in 2020 when everyone was saying it would take forever but he was always upfront with timeframes and communicated all the time, just want you want as a 1st home buyer as it really made me comfortable with the process. Steve Merrick from SW1 was incredible in helping us find a block of land when it seemed like nothing was available. His persistence, knowledge, and personal attention made it possible to then build our house which we now happily live in. We couldn’t have done it without him! We would recommended him to anyone looking to build in the Southwest and will be in contact with Steve again for our next build.

Our building experience with SW1 was a brilliant experience. Steve Merrick helped us find land and selected a property for us to build that would suit the block of land. Steve was exceptional with his customer service throughout the process. Certainly would build another property with SW1 Homes if Steve was assisting me. The experience with the rest of SW1 was equally as pleasant.
