Outstanding. John and Dean are absolute legends. As someone with very little experience with plumbing, both John and Dean were of extreme help. When I showed them photos and explained my situation to them, they commended me for my DIY initiative, and found exactly the part that I needed. The two of them told me exactly what I needed to do, and managed to slip in many a good joke ahah Best experience I've ever had with a utilities/plumbing store in London. Massive recommend.
