Had a rotten shed and dodgy decking taken down and replaced with a garden room and new composite decking. The guys were professional and had great communication, both with keeping me up to date with where they were in the build and any issues that were encountered during.

I have used SW property care for several jobs now and always find Ryan to be reliable, friendly and professional. Response to requesting quotes is good and all work completed to a high standard. I have just had my house rendered and painted and it looks like a new house. I definitely recommend SW Property Care and will use them for my next project.

I have to share my great experience I've had with SW Property Care. If you're looking for a company that actually cares, look no further. Ryan and the team were amazing from start to finish. They were nothing but hardworking and sincere, qualities that are hard to find these days. The team are super friendly, making my whole experience genuinely enjoyable. Roll on the summer when I look forward to working with them again on my next project.

Another superb job completed by Ryan and his team. This time I had new sofits, fascias and gutters and a new window and once again the work was completed to a high standard. I particularly appreciate the effort the team make to be respectful of the quiet I need when I’m working and also how clean the site is at the end of each day.
