This is the first time I've ever experienced such insanity! Poor service, dishonest and totally incompetent. Where to start..First and foremost, I called because of the 4 star+ reviews. Has to be his friends because no professionally ran business would allow such nonsense... First we were told 1 to 2 weeks for two mowers, One craftsman needing blades, oil and a battery and a Cub cadet needing blades, oil, battery, both needing fuel cutoff valves. That sounded good. We use to rely on these guys for dependable service. But now I can't even get someone to answer the phone. I have called AT LEAST 20 TIMES!!! Not once has anyone picked up. Not even an answering machine!!!
We used them twice and will not use them again. While the main issues were repaired, our mower came back with broken pieces. 1st time it was our headlight bulb fixture. 2nd time our hood hinge was broken and the entire hood would come off when we opened it. According to PE, it was like that upon arrival both times. That was not the case. They do come and pick up your equipment and deliver it which is convenient.
