Just had a soil delivery by SW. Customer service was great. Steve M made the delivery and made sure we were happy with the product. Great customer service Steve is a great representative for your company.
Had the pleasure (sarcasm) of speaking with Megan. Very hostile from the start when asked a basic question. Didn’t really have a clear answer for the question asked but instead it seemed she was truly focused on hanging up the call. S.W. Should hire people who actually like their jobs instead of someone just sitting around collecting a paycheck. Hope this message reaches the right people at S.W. Oh and Megan as well.
Wasted my whole day waiting for a tractor operator at a dirt supply store absolutely absurd left my name and number in person was told they would have an operator in shortly as I was there first thing in the morning waited all day till 3 before calling in to be told they had no idea what I was talking about and that the operator had come and gone absolutely ridiculous never getting dirt from these guys ever again
Maintenance Crew was changing out the pumps at Pilot in Weed ,Ca . Looks like a Good Outfit .
