Do NOT hire SW Legal Services. They provided me with timeline when drafting claim would be completed and they kept changing timeline several times and it took several weeks more than estimated. They claims to have served the claim to defendant and I later found out they could not find any record of serving. Multiple emails is often required to get a response. SW Legal Service shared my personal information accidently with defendant and did little to fix the issue. It caused more headache to hire them due to their incompetenc... read more
