This is the second time we have trusted S&W Kitchens with a major renovation to our home in Winter Park.Recently Mary Burkhammer, Project Designer, redesigned our dated 1963 vintage to a beautiful , functional modern bathroom. She did an outstanding job, selecting tiles, vanity, shower doors, hardware etc that fit our needs and met our budget. S&W Kitchens is a great company to work for. They communicate jobs and processes from start to finish and execute expectations appropriately for sub contractors. Tim is a great example of a leader who moves in a positive direction for the sake of everyone. He is always a phone call away to help assist in any way possible. I can’t appreciate this company enough! I am blessed to be a part of their sub contractor group for so many years.
Krista listened to me and created a design that incorporated what I wanted in my kitchen reno. She suggested some options I hadn't thought of. She was able to tweak the design after I made changes to the "final design." Krista is so easy to work with. I now cook and live in my dream kitchen.
We recently had a major kitchen and bathroom remodel on the first floor of our 175 year old house in St. Denis, Md. S&W did the design, and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. The job came with the unique challenges that an old house often comes with: uneven floors, walls no longer flat, and I don’t think there’s a square corner in the entire house. Our kitchen renovation by S&W Kitchens results were outstanding. Our designer Sam Baker made the process a pleasure with her lovely design ideas and the direction she gave us when picking out materials to be used. Our construction manager Larry Lerdo kept us informed about the work scheduled and answered all of our questions . The workers who worked on the project were respectful and efficient. I highly recommend this team. Photos do not do the space justice as it is very light and airy now.
