Repair man showed up late even through he was camping in the passing lane the entire way to my house. He arrived and used profanity right away, I noticed a double lightning bolt tattoo on his leg…. I hope he was a scout sniper…. Anyway after I asked him to take off his shoes before entering my wife’s bedroom he called me a dog and left. Don’t use them, not professional.
I can't even get in contact with the appropriate party. The 'potential client' rep wasn't the most professional on the phone with me. Told me to call back and 'try something else next time.'... Instead of just transferring me to a different party. I won't do business with them at this point.
I haven't used their services, but I highly recommend to ownership to have their drivers take some classes to learn the rules of the road. I witnessed about seven people go around a white Chevy Silverado 1500 north of Williamsburg on Sunday around 6:00 p.m. because he was squatting in the left lane holding up traffic. Everybody was passing him and by the time I did he thought it was necessary to turn on his high beams. Appreciate the professional reply.
