These people are pathetic.
They booked and appointment to repair my a/c and when the day came the technician called an hour before the appointment asking about the model we have. He then said it's a pain to work on and he wasn't going to show up because it would be too time consuming and cancelled on me. What douchebags.
In May of 2015 I had GP AC install a new AC unit for $4100. I was very happy with the whole process. Last week I had them out for a routine maintenance as well as a look at the unit they had installed. It was running but no longer cooling. I suspected a leak and directed the service person to that unit first to check for a leak. He said it was down about 4 lbs of R410a. He needed to fill it and check for leaks.
