I needed a bathroom remodeled up in Tahoe over the winter and Scott was the only person who called back. I’m sure glad he did; he and his crew did an exceptional job. Scott and I talked through all the different options along with cost. He couched in “Must do” vs “Nice to have” so I was able to prioritize based on the budget. This is a recent condo remodel up in Tahoe finished work. Had a very difficult time trying to open up an island for a reasonable cost. Homeowner was very pleased with the outcome.
My Family would like to thank SW Construction for doing a great job repairing our snow damaged garage at Donner Lake this last fall. Scott and his crew were very good at diagnosing what had to be done and how to get it done before this winter set in. Thank you Scott. Highly recommended!
Scott did an AMAZING job getting our house put back together after we had extensive water damage from a broken pipe in our upstairs bathroom. He was great with our communication and letting us know likely time-lines of the project. All of the subcontractors he used were also professional and the work was excellent. The cost was fair- and we were well aware of all the costs of the project as well as any additional costs that we could incur.
