I called for a chimney sweep and I made an appointment. The guy never showed up or called. I called and texted with no response. I had to take a day off just to be blown off. I did not epect this kind of cutomer service and I will never recommend their services.
SW Chimney is a dishonest company. They did not finish the repairs on my chimney even though I paid in full for the job. SW never came back to seal the concrete even after numerous promises to do so. I had to pay another company to complete the simple task. They also left a mess in my yard with chucks of concrete scattered around the work area which I had to clean up myself. It's my fault for not checking the background and references of this company. Maybe my mistake can help someone else. Stay away and avoid SW Chimney.
