Maya over at SVZ has gone above and beyond to improve my overall health I was surprised to learn how much mussel you can lose by not doing strength training especially since I am a very active person SVZ has improved all aspects in regards to my health and fitness and I am very grateful, especially to Maya She should get a raise
Steve is an incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, focused trainer. He is totally different than a typical trainer at your local gym. If you want to understand how your body functions and how to maximize training efforts, SVZ is your training facility. He is truly one of the best out there!
Steve is an amazing personal trainer. Extreme attention to detail and excellent at ensuring proper form through every movement. I have worked out intensely all my life but I am learning that you don't have to follow the fitness trend of killing yourself to be fit and healthy. I am so very grateful to have found Steve and this immaculate fitness studio. Steve also has provided me a fitness plan that can last a lifetime, not just 30 days etc. I look so very forward to this journey to a healthier and better me.
