Tom did a great job fixing our Subaru that broke down as we were passing through town in the evening on our way to DC. His customer service was phenomenal as he not only repaired our car on New Year's Eve, but he also found a hotel for us to stay overnight. Couldn't have asked for a better experience stranded away from home.
